The fineness of the teeth is a joy to behold and I also love the shape of the comb. It is a grand thing that the ivory is recycled, David. There is so much that is yellowed over time and not as clear as it once was. I see ivory necklaces quite regularly at the thrift store, usually with carved beads and carved elephants in between and look where they are now!? Your comb is giving them new life again.
This is exquisite. You are so talented!
